As impressive on the inside as it is from the outside, the cathedral features a 45-meter-high gold dome, some 25 tonnes of bells that can be heard from as far away as 30 km, and green marble for the royal throne area.

De kathedraal was mooi, maar de boeking volkomen nutteloos!!! Wij hebben via booking 8,80 euro betaald en een tijdslot geboekt. Bij aankomst kon iedereen gewoon naar binnen zonder boeking en...

The National Palace of Culture (NDK) is the largest multi-functional conference and exhibition center in south-eastern Europe. It opened back in 1981 to celebrate Bulgaria's 1300th anniversary.
