Gardens by the Bay - Avatar The Experience at Cloud Forest & Flower Dome:

  • Guests should proceed to the Main Ticketing Counter 4 to redeem their admission tickets.

Gardens by the Bay - Floral Fantasy:

  • Guests should proceed to either the Main Ticketing Counter 4 or the Floral Fantasy Ticketing Counter to redeem their admission tickets.

National Orchid Garden:

  • Guests should proceed to the 1872 Clipper Tea at National Orchid Gardens Shop to redeem their admission tickets.

  • No re-entry is allowed for all Gardens by the Bay & Jewel Changi Airport (except for Canopy Park)
  • A Minimum Height of 110cm is required at Discovery Slides, Walking Net and Bouncing Net
  • No outside food and beverages are permitted for all Gardens by the Bay attractions
  • Get a full refund if you select a refundable ticket during checkout and cancel until 23:59 the day before you visit.
