Guide to Alcatraz was very knowledgeable. However, organization was quite chaotic, with three large groups leaving at the same moment, so were late leaving and had to rush for our allotted time....

Terrible
It was a terrible experience. The guide didn’t have our names on her list. Therefore we didn’t get our tickets and have not been able to visit the Alcazar of Seville. I am requesting full refund.

The guide, Ismail, was great and very knowledgeable! However, from the ticket it was unclear if our (large) group would be alone, or part of another group.
