Poor overall service, which was mostly because of company policy. We purchased the tickets within 24hrs of the tour and then ended up getting snowed in our cabin so tried to reschedule and they told us because we wanted to reschedule within 24hrs of the tour that we were ineligible for any changes and were basically forfeiting or money & tickets. After asking to speak to a manager, they magically came back and said they can provide an exception to go in the next scheduled tour but it did not include the thermal waters and we forfeited that option. The guide was boring and uninformative. Horrible service, I would not recommend this company at all, I would say run away as quickly as you can.
