Got to go right in when we arrived, experience was good. They are really pushing the secondary experiences, buying foods to feed the animals, pay extra to pet them or sit in the enclosure, so we had to be on our guard to avoid spending double the admission cost. They do not have a second line for prepaid tickets and by the time we came out the line was down the hall and around the corner in the mall. Arrive early or you could wait for an hour or longer to show your prepaid tickets. Wanted to buy some shirts and bling but there was no one to take our money out front. We were in the mall so we spent money in the surrounding stores instead.
