Terrible
The experience was cancelled due to weather issues which is fair enough. However you have to jump through hoops to try and get a refund. I’m having to do all the chasing, emails sent, WhatsApp...
The experience was cancelled due to weather issues which is fair enough. However you have to jump through hoops to try and get a refund. I’m having to do all the chasing, emails sent, WhatsApp messages sent. I’ve had reply’s saying it’s been escalated and the refund will happen in due course. Still waiting. What needs to be escalated. The trip was cancelled so please give me my money back. I’ve used Tiqets lots of times before & they’re very good when the trip goes ahead. However this is done of the worsed customer service I’ve ever known when it comes to getting a refund. Especially when it wasn’t anything I’d done. Did I mention I’m still chasing the refund. I’m certainly not using you again after this.
