I had a great time learning how to sharpen Japanese knives. The teachers and store owners were very friendly however didn’t speak any English. The lesson itself was a bit short and I came away...
I had a great time learning how to sharpen Japanese knives. The teachers and store owners were very friendly however didn’t speak any English. The lesson itself was a bit short and I came away without knowing the maintenance or how to look after the knife. There was a Japanese couple in the course and me, the Japanese couple got a lot more attention than I did which was a tad disappointing.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein eigenes Messer dabei, das mir professionell und zudem kostenlos geschärft wurde.
