Terrible

Hello, I booked and paid for the tickets online but when we arrived we were given tickets and told it was free entrance. It was Sunday the 5th of May.
Can you please give me a refund as I did...

Hello, I booked and paid for the tickets online but when we arrived we were given tickets and told it was free entrance. It was Sunday the 5th of May.
Can you please give me a refund as I did not use the ticket? It is unfair to pay not knowing it was free entrance.
