Description

With fast-track access to St. Peter's Basilica, you can cruise past the masses in the notoriously long queues and get right to the heart of one of the most revered shrines in Christianity. See Michelangelo's Pietà, Bernini's Baldacchino, and more priceless works. Your audio guide will tell you all about the history of the area, the modern-day Vatican, and the architecture of this epic church as you wander through it, with your jaw hanging open.

Meet an official representative of the St. Peter's Basilica on St. Peter’s Square and head with them to a dedicated fast-track entrance line. This sweet little bonus will save you up to two hours of waiting in a line for one of Rome's most significant sites.

The Renaissance-style St. Peter's Basilica is one of the largest churches in the world. Over its 120-year-long construction many top architects (including Michelangelo and Raphael) added personal flourishes. Michelangelo, for instance, added the dome - to this day the biggest in the world!

Highlights of a visit here include Bernini's Baldacchino (the centerpiece of the church), Michelangelo's Pietà (the only artwork he ever signed), and the aforementioned dome. And of course: seeing St. Peter's Square and the city of Rome from the front steps is a view you'll never forget.

Note: We also have tickets for the tour of the Basilica + Mosaic School!

No problem at all. Very good experience

Ambitious and clear presentation, but a bit lengthy. And with a bias to religion over history.

Swift entry

Was exactly as they said. Skipped the huge line that was standing in the hot sun and we were inside the basilica within prob 2-3 mins of arriving to the meeting point.

I highly underestimated the amount of time we would have to wait to see St. Peter’s. I was going to wait until I saw that I could still buy a skip the line ticket the same day I was going to visit! The online purchase was easy, the kiosk was easy to find and I was inside in less than 5 mins. Highly recommend!

Indgangen til kirken er gratis, men vi betalte for at undgå køen. Med vores billetter slap vi for mindst 2,5 timers kø og kunne gå direkte ind. Det kan klart anbefales.

It was amazing. We got to go up in the dome and outside of the dome!

St. Peter's Basilica is free for visiting and I had no plans to use dedicated entrance. But I came on Sunday morning - and there was no exit because of the mass. I had just few days in Rome - and all busy already, so I decide to book my visit through Tigets.
It took me nearly no time - and everything was OK, I got my chance.
