ORP - St. Peter's Basilica
St. Peter's Basilica was built on the tomb of Peter, and it's a must see sight for any first time visitor to Rome. The Basilica itself was completed around the year 320 by Emperor Constantine.
St. Peter's Basilica is located on the Vatican hill, not too far from the Circus of Nero. It's easy to reach on foot, or by public transport.

We didn't wait more than 10 minutes at the entrance to the museum:)
