ORP offices:

  • St. Peter's Square ORP office: Piazza Pio XII 9 (Mon-Sun 9:00-16:00, closed Vatican holidays). Close on 08/12, 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and 06/01 Open from 09:00 to 15:00 on 24/12 and 31/12
  • Lateran Complex ORP office: Basilica di Giovanni in Laterano, near the Holy Door (Mon-Sat 9:00-13:00, closed on Sun and Vatican holidays). Close on 25/12 and 01/01. Open from 09:00 to 16:00 on 08/12, 26/12 and 06/01. Open from 09:00 to 15:00 on 24/12 and 31/12

On Sunday 31 March 2024 (Holy Easter) and Monday 1 April (Easter Monday), the only Omnia Collection Point open to the public will be the Carcer Tullianum (Clivo Argentario) which will observe the following opening hours:

  • Sunday 31 March - From 14:00 to 17:00
  • Monday 1st April - From 10:00am to 17:00
  • Refunds are not possible for this ticket
  • Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.

Better to take Vatican tour separately from San Giovanni and catacombs, because you wont get time to visit everything in one day. However, in infopoint office officers kindly rescheduled Vatican visit for us for next day day, because we got there very late on indicated day.

The service is catastrophic. The e-mail linking to the pdf containing the meeting point was wrong. We went to the designated "meeting point" but found no-one there. We have not been able to do the paid tour of the Vatican. We are still arguing with omniavaticanrome.org about a refund or new tickets.
