This early-bird Vatican Museums ticket allows you to sit down for a rich American breakfast in the evocative atmosphere of the Cortile della Pigna in the morning. Energized for the day, you'll then be in the first group to wander the halls and marvel at the Sistine Chapel at opening time, as you discover the cultural and religious context of the Vatican's famous treasures.

Breakfast menu

  • Drinks – cappuccino or American coffee, selection of teas, fresh fruit juices, still and sparkling mineral water
  • Food – bakery, dry pastry biscuits, pancakes (selection of butter, jams, and/or honey), assorted yogurts, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheeses, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausages, fried potatoes
  • Swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at the Cassa Visite Guidate box office (after the security check at the entrance)
  • Vatican personnel are very strict about entry timeslots – please arrive with time to spare to go through security
  • Breakfast is included, please see 'Additional info' for the menu

Excellent
This was a great experience! My mother walks with a cane and the staff offered her a wheelchair to use. She was delighted at the gesture and made our trip especially nice. Breakfast was wonderful!

This is really worth it! You just have to make sure to arrive early for security check since the restaurant is inside the Vatican Museum. Also, this is not a guided tour. You have an option to...
This is really worth it! You just have to make sure to arrive early for security check since the restaurant is inside the Vatican Museum. Also, this is not a guided tour. You have an option to rent an audio tour guide for €8 each though.
