Insider tip

Velázquez's Portrait of Innocent X was so accurate that Pope Innocent X allegedly didn't like it, as it was too realistic and thereby unflattering!

The collection of painting is rather poor in three halls, unknown artists. Only one - Abraham killing his son Isaak - is painted by Nicola Pussen's brother. The audiogide is quite good,...
The collection of painting is rather poor in three halls, unknown artists. Only one - Abraham killing his son Isaak - is painted by Nicola Pussen's brother. The audiogide is quite good, interesting content. I was impressed by huge dancing hall and the velvet room used for annual meetings of the bank of Italy. I did not go to private rooms, but saw Tesla charching on parking inside the palace.
