Terrible
Terrible! Instructions very poor so had to pay twice. Just buy direct at station, much less hassle. With Tiqets, you have to manage your booking before checking in..if you don't do this you'll end...

Terrible
So far stressful! We weren’t allowed on the train because the ticket was out of time! You told me we could get on any train and that is a lie. We were thrown off with threat of police if we didn’t leave!

It was east to amend tickets , however it’s cheaper to buy directly from Trenitalia website , their app is easy to use and stores tickets digitally
