Quick entrance to the facility (we bought tickets without a guide), many valuable tips. Very good contact with the staff. It was a day with a great crowd we had no problems.

Didn't receive ticket in time for the visit, however it was sent quickly to me after contacting the organizer on the spot via Whatsapp. Audio guide was helpful.
