After purchasing your Omnia Card, you must book your reservation for each attraction on the official website, as instructed in the confirmation email

ORP offices:

St. Peter's Square ORP office: Piazza Pio XII 9 (Mon-Sun 9:00-16:00, closed Vatican holidays). Close on 08/12, 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and 06/01 Open from 09:00 to 15:00 on 24/12 and 31/12
Lateran Complex ORP office: Basilica di Giovanni in Laterano, near the Holy Door (Mon-Sat 9:00-13:00, closed on Sun and Vatican holidays). Close on 25/12 and 01/01. Open from 09:00 to 16:00 on 08/12, 26/12 and 06/01. Open from 09:00 to 15:00 on 24/12 and 31/12

On Sunday 31 March 2024 (Holy Easter) and Monday 1 April (Easter Monday), the only Omnia Collection Point open to the public will be the Carcer Tullianum (Clivo Argentario) which will observe the following opening hours:

Sunday 31 March - From 14:00 to 17:00
Monday 1st April - From 10:00am to 17:00
