Excellent
Very easy and reasonably priced. But I would buy at the airport /Rome Terminal on the day rather than on-line as it's cheaper and you don't have to check-in each way on the day of travel.

Terrible
Stressful, difficult to activate the voucher. No clear instructions. We were sent from one person to another at both the Airport and Rome Termini to try and access the train tickets.

Super fast and reliable but not very clear that I had to book a specific train, I assumed it was valid for any on the day. The friendly staff let us off though
