Hear history come to life as your guide takes you through the Gate of Death, onto a wooden reconstruction of the original arena floor. This is a restricted area of the Colosseum, so only a few lucky tourists are allowed in at once. This means you get lots of time to ask your questions, hear about life in ancient Rome, and also lots of space to pose for photos!
- Valid ID is mandatory, in case of incorrect personal data, access to the Colosseum will not be possible
- Meet your guide in Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop (blue line).
- Plan 30 min for the required security check
