The experience was very good! Filippo was a great tour guide and clearly explained all the history and functions of the Vatican, St Peter’s Square and the Basilica. There was quite a queue to get in but Fillipo filled the time well. He also joined us in the queue for the dome and again explained various aspects of Vatican procedures such as the changing of the guard.
