Everything was perfect, Tiana is the best guide in Rome. Easy to find, the whole tour starts on time, skip the line process that goes very quickly, all recommendations for Maya agency.

Very good friendly informative guide. Explained everything well. Earphones were good. However, it was far too crowded especially in the museums where we were squashed in and it was very claustrophobic.
