I booked tickets for 5 people and got confirmation via email. However, when I came to the meeting point (even 30mins before opening) for check in, I got the information that the tickets with tour...
I booked tickets for 5 people and got confirmation via email. However, when I came to the meeting point (even 30mins before opening) for check in, I got the information that the tickets with tour guide hadn't been arranged and we just got the entrance tickets, no transportation, no tour guide. We had to go to all places by ourselves to match the fixed slots in the tickets (Imagine for those who have never been in Rome, how can they go fast without guidance). I don't think it's worth for EUR180 per person, just only for entrance tickets. The staff told me that I could get refund because of no tour guide, but I don't know how and when I can get it back.
