Reservation worked very badly. The very important thing that either was not mentioned or I didn’t see and missed it is you are booking through the website only reservation voucher. This voucher doesn’t accept the site. So before the visit you must go to the Tourist office 3 blocks away, stand in the line with 100 or more other tourists and exchange the barcode from the reservation to the actual printed paper tickets. It was no people next to cashier window of Palazzo Venezia, no line at all. But we booked the tickets from the website. So we wasted one hour!!! 1 hour in line in the Tourist office to exchange one barcode to another printed barcode. This procedure ruined all our plans and mood for the day… I highly recommend not to buy tickets for this palazzo online. Just go directly to the cashier. The palace is beautiful and very recommended for the visit.
