Visitors learn about Iceland as a geothermal island, full of geothermal areas. See into the turbine halls of the power plant, where we use geothermal steam to produce 303 MW of electricity. Visitors are invited to watch a series of rotating videos on the third floor of the exhibition. A self-guided audio tour is included in the entry fee, available to download to your smartphone. Visit the Carbfix room on the second floor to learn about the CO2 sequestration project happening in ON's Geothermal Park. Use the distribution wheels to follow the journey of water and steam throughout the production and distribution processes. Enjoy the views from our observation deck, including pipe systems, cooling towers, separation tanks, and the mountains. Kaffi Orka, our on-site cafe, sells different drinks and small snacks.

I was disappointed with the exhibit. I was hoping the exhibit would last longer and be more informational. The exhibit speaker only spoke for about 5-10 minutes max.
