1) If the boat tour is canceled due to bad weather, there’s a backup plan:

  • Join a bus tour to see the northern lights
  • Have your boat tour rescheduled (free of charge) for the next available day

2) If both the boat and bus tour do not operate at all because of unfavorable conditions, the backup plan is:

  • A whale watching tour
  • A full refund
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

Professionally run and well organised. They did their best to catch the aurora but all to no avail. Able to book again at a later date due to the no show
