The ice cave tour starts with a meet at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. From there, ride a modified 4x4 on a rough road into the glacial valley. Then, hike about 15 minutes to the cave entrance, mostly on the glacier. This winter, visit the Blue Diamond ice cave. The tour lasts about 2 to 3 hours in total.

Ice cave conditions can change over the winter, so the cave you visit might vary in the season. This half-day trip is perfect for short winter days and those concerned about Iceland’s winter weather. Inside the cave, you can enjoy the scenery, see the blue ice, and take photos.
