  • Please note: this ticket is only valid for one entry. it is not possible to leave and re-enter the park.
  • The audio guide must be collected only in front of the entrance of Porta Marina Inferiore (Piazza Esedra). The exact meeting point will be on the voucher of the audio guide
  • Only small dogs on a leash and picked up while inside the homes can be brought inside the park (service dogs assisting disabled people are also permitted, with a certificate)

Your ticket did not let us get into pompeii any quicker, we still had to queue with everyone else. So we should of just bought them on the gate as it was cheaper. Sorry but you are selling...

We bought the tickets with”optional audio”. When we asked for the audio we have been charged for them-6.5 euro each. The ticket name miss lead us.
