Esperienza superlativa! Ci siamo trovati lì proprio in occasione del November porc e di solito non si effettuano le visite guidate in questi giorni, ma molto gentilmente ci hanno permesso di farla comunque. Ci si cala fin da subito nell’atmosfera dell’epoca in questa piccola corte antica. Abbiamo visitato il museo, e le cantine vicine con tutta la storia del culatello e della nascita dell’azienda grazie alla famiglia Spigaroli che ha salvato il poco che restava del castello Pallavicini, e fatto una piccola degustazione di culatello e strolghino e scoperto uno splendido vino bianco del posto. Inoltre vicino c’è un piccolo santuario mariano con delle dolcissime signore che fanno delle buonissime torte che devolvono il ricavato alla chiesa. Si possono vedere (e accarezzare) anche le mucche dell’azienda che pascolano nei campi circostanti (i maiali non possono più restare allo stato brado), ed è presente anche un frutteto di frutti antichi che però non è visitabile.
