Well in short I can’t rate the actual museum as we didn’t go in. When we got there it was pouring with rain and there was a long queue around the corner so we joined it….for 30mins. Then it transpired that as we had pre booked we should have gone straight in. There was no signage or organisation to show pre booked entry not to have to queue up. Shocking and poor customer service when I went in and asked the staff why they don’t make it clear to come right in if prebooked. Drowned to the skin we left as I was in no position to walk around the place. For clarity I hold Both the museum and this ticket selling site responsible for the poor experience as they should be clear on the protocol when arriving with pre booked tickets.
