Because of the museum’s employees, who drove me into the museum and right at the queue even though I showed them my reservation ticket and they should let me know about groups, I lost the chance...
Because of the museum’s employees, who drove me into the museum and right at the queue even though I showed them my reservation ticket and they should let me know about groups, I lost the chance of having a guided tour. When the guide called me my secretary informed me, so I called right after but his phone was turned off. I kept calling but he was unavailable, probably because the tour has already began. I wish this happens to nobody else because we lost both our money and the guided tour.
