Please note that items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted in the museum. Self-service lockers are available free of charge beneath the Pyramid.

Instructions

  • Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point, the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel. This monumental arch is located across the road from the courtyard of the Louvre, past the roundabout, and before the entrance of the Tuileries Garden (Jardin des Tuileries)
  • Your guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt or jacket for easy recognition
  • Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to your selected timeslot
