You don't need to carry a printout or have the reservation confirmation on your phone. At the tram ticket window the clerk said the tag on my phone did him no good. He just asked my last name and photo ID. It all went smoothly.

It was easy two book my two senior and two adult vouchers and then exchange the vouchers for tram tickets. We were saved time and the insecurity of a long and hot purchasing line on the day of arrival at the tram.
