Very positive experience - easy to book tickets, and good system for getting people in and out of the tram-cabin. The rotaion was very exiting, and the wiev marvelous.

Easy to purchase and no problem using them on the Tram, you just have to show your QR code purchase and turn them in for the ticket before you board the Tram.
