Important information
* Luggage larger than 30x20x10cm cannot be brought into the museum
* Visitors should be dressed appropriately when visiting Auschwitz Birkenau

- Visit the grounds of the former camp with an official educator certified by the Auschwitz-Birkenau
- Travel from Kraków directly to the museum by a modern and comfortable vehicle
Meet your tour leader at the pick-up point selected during the booking process and get on bus for an approximately 1.5-hour journey to Oświęcim, a town located 60 km away from Kraków.
Join up with a group of up to 30 people and be guided by an official educator certified by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum. You will visit two parts of the museum – Auschwitz I camp and Birkenau, where you will see the original camp buildings, the railroad spur, camp fence and the ruins of the gas chambers and crematoria. Most of the tour would take place outside but you will enter some of the original barracks to see the permanent exhibition.
After visiting Auschwitz I, travel to the other part of the museum, Auschwitz II – Birkenau, located approximately 2 km away, where the guided tour will continue. The guided tour of the two parts of the museum will last up to 3,5 hours in total.
After the tour, you will get back directly to your pick-up point in Kraków.

- Please remember to take your ID or passport that will be controlled by the museum staff before entering the grounds of the camp
- Get a full refund if you select a refundable ticket during checkout and cancel until 23:59 the day before you visit.
