Northern Lights: Rovaniemi

The forecast show had cloud before trip, the guide tell us that can see the aurora in the mid night. Luckily the guide let us the the place and see amazing aurora and take battery photo.

Worst experience ever !! Understandably, there were no Northern lights. However, the company did not look out for places with visible lights. They were stationed at one place and did not 'hunt' for it. They didn't offer any source of refund- not even partial, though other companies are willing to do so. We were not even informed that we had to head back due to non- visibility. There were no offers for a second trip, like some companies do. We spent 544 Euros excluding transport and everything went to waste.
