The guide will explain the history of this volcano and take you to discover some of the most spectacular places on Etna.

The trek will start with a panoramic view and a visit to the ancient "Valle del Bove," followed by a trip inside an ancient lava cave.

At an altitude of 2000 m, you will explore ancient and recent lateral craters. The beautiful lunar landscape of Etna will surround you on the way back to the starting point, towards Catania from the southern side of Etna.

A great experience! Our guide Daniele was kind, funny and knowledgeable. We ve asked for 2 pairs of shoes to rent as we didn't have hiking shoes. He brought them with him and didn't t charge...
