Simple to use. Both attractions didn't ask questions when showing the tickets. Plus within the MoMA it was actively advertised (good sign).

Poor
It was impossible for me to book from the app the ferry ticket for visiting the Liberty Island. I lost 3hr to chat with someone that booked finally the experience.
