Please advice your team not to direct people with purchased VIP tickets to the elevator! We were NOT adviced to go to separate counter and NO WHERE did you point that out in the confirmation. The...
Please advice your team not to direct people with purchased VIP tickets to the elevator! We were NOT adviced to go to separate counter and NO WHERE did you point that out in the confirmation. The worst part is that we are denied a refund for the VIP part (deducted from main fee). Sorry, this gave us a bad frame to otherwise a phenomenal expierence!
