Vue Orleans is where your fun begins! Positioned atop the iconic Four Seasons Hotel, Vue Orleans offers world-class 360-degree panoramic views of one of the most storied cities in the world.

Before hopping into the state-of-the-art, immersive elevators, enjoy interactive exhibits featuring celebrated New Orleans figures, such as the Soul Queen of New Orleans, Irma Thomas, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and even more of the City’s famed culture bearers.

Learn about world-famous dishes and cocktails at the virtual Story Café or tap your feet as you sample the sounds of Jazz at the larger than life music station.

After a thrilling ride 33 stories high, take in all the sights then try one of the “Vue Finders” where you can interact with hundreds of points of interest found throughout this historic city.

Finish your experience on the outdoor deck while sampling one of Vue Orleans' legendary cocktails/cuisine sold at the cafe.

33rd Floor Indoor Observation Deck

Along with the city's sights, learn about its deep history. Hear from Henry Louis Gates Jr., a well-known author and professor, on New Orleans' persistence for freedom and civil rights in the years of the late 1800s to early 1900s.

360° Outdoor Observation Deck

See the city from a vantage point 34 stories high on the only 360° indoor and outdoor observation deck in town. It’s a great way to begin a visit to New Orleans.

Head over to the 34th-floor café to taste local cuisine, a local beer, a special cocktail, or a glass of wine

Vue Finder

Get a different view of the neighborhoods from above the river with the Vue Finders located all around the indoor observation deck. Learn about each neighborhood's attractions, people, and history.

Through this exhibit with state-of-the-art touchless technology, get to know about New Orleans' historical figures, customs, and traditions. Also, learn about Carnival, Mardi Gras Indians, Second Lines, and more.

The Story Café

Join Chef Kevin Belton and Journalist Poppy Tooker in this digital café and learn to make classic New Orleans dishes, like gumbo, jambalaya, and king cake.

Our Music

Discover the city’s music history from jazz and R&B to funk and bounce. This includes music from jazz legend Louis Armstrong and Bounce star Big Freedia.

Immersive Theatre

Enjoy stories from Irma Thomas, the Grammy-winning “Soul Queen of New Orleans,” about how the Mississippi River has shaped New Orleans, in the Vue River Theatre.

Immersive Elevators

Take an entertaining elevator ride that provides a unique experience each time, whether you're going up or coming down.

  • Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance (to the left of the Four Season Hotel)

  • The observation deck is located on top of the Four Seasons Hotel, adjacent to the Mississippi River.

  • Elevators must be used to enjoy the full Vue Orleans experience

  • We recommend 1.5 hours to fully experience the interactive exhibits and observatories. Guests arriving at 5:00pm or later will need to proceed through the exhibits at a quicker pace.
  • Elevators must be used to enjoy the full experience. Please note the elevators are an intense and thrilling experience that can be unsettling for some visitors.

  • A $5.00 Parking Discount is available at the WTC parking lot near Vue Orleans located at 100 Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.
  • Reserve Parking at the WTC lot in advance here, use the coupon code VUEORLEANS at the My Cart screen to receive $5.00 off your parking.
  • Parking Validation: $5.00 parking validation at the WTC lot is also available at the box office with a ticket purchase. One validation per parking ticket. You must bring your parking ticket to the box office. Management reserves all rights. Subject to blackouts.
