National Palace of Pena & Park + Monserrate Palace

Getting there:

• By foot: About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra
• Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station
• Train from Lisbon (Estação do Oriente, Estação do Rossio, or Estação de Entrecampos)
• Please note that the venue is not reachable by car

Transfer services:

• There is a paid transfer service available bringing guests from the park entrance to the palace. The service runs every 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible

• There's a free hop-on hop-off transfer service available between the Palace and the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. Simply show your entrance ticket and hop on!

• From March 2nd to April 1st, 2026, the Private Apartments area of The National Palace of Pena will be restricted to visitors, due to ongoing works

Getting There:

• Take the train to Sintra from Oriente, Rossio or Entrecampos Station in Lisbon. When in Sintra, take the Scotturb bus #435 to Monserrate
