Excellent
We had a wonderful guide with Nicolette. Very informative and detailed and she managed to cover so much in our allotted time. We visited Herculaneum the following day which brought it all to life....

The person taking tickets wasn’t familiar with this type of ticket and at first wouldn’t let us in. She later asked us into their main offices to show them to someone else that worked there, still...
