Harburg

The Romantic Road starts in Würzburg, Lower Franconia, and ends in Füssen, near the famous castle Neuschwanstein. The first stop will take you to Harburg Castle, the history of which dates back to the year 1150.

Rothenburg

Afterwards you'll continue to Rothenburg on the Tauber. This delightful, world-famous Bavarian medieval town will enchant you with its largely preserved old town, with tiny, half-timbered houses and impressive city walls that are still largely intact.

Stroll through the winding streets, enjoy the excellent Franconian cuisine, or go shopping in the numerous small shops.
