I really enjoyed my experience, Marco and his wife explained everything very well to me and Learned more about olive oil transformation and processing. I highly recommend it as it also has a little of family story and how they got the museum 🤍

Given the pandemic, I was scheduled to tour the MOOM alone with the caretaker. He was as good as he could be considering he had seen it a thousand times and only had one client. Kudos to him.

I wish I would have taken more photos but it would have been presumptuous to take more of his time.
