  • Go to the meeting point, on the right side of the Cathedral, in front of the Ticket office I on Piazza Duomo 14/A , 10 min before your guided tour starts, and show your smartphone ticket
  • Your guide will be waiting for you, holding a card with 'Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, Guided Tours' on it for easy recognition
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the activity starts
  • You'll take the elevator up to the Rooftops and the stairs back down
  • The ticket allows one entrance per area of the Duomo and is valid for 3 days (the visit date and the following 2 days)
  • At the end of the guided tour, you can explore the remaining areas by yourself
  • Pushchairs can be used inside the Cathedral and the Archaeological Area but must be closed and carried by hand on the Rooftops
  • Please do not wear high heels when visiting the Rooftops
  • Pets are not allowed, except service animals
  • The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
