yesterday when @the pick up point. they could't found my name even I show my E-booking. the manager tgere told me. my name is not in their system. I book the English tour. they are all full. they arrange me and mu wife oin a spanish group, We have no choice to join that. that is worthy experince for a trip without understanding. upset is the only feeling!!! I will not book with Tiqets any more for my future tour😫😫😖
