Poor
We had a very poor experience with the organization of the tour. Out of 2.5 hours we were waiting for the tickets and elevator access for about 1 hour. The tour guide did not make proper...
We had a very poor experience with the organization of the tour. Out of 2.5 hours we were waiting for the tickets and elevator access for about 1 hour. The tour guide did not make proper arrangement and we were waiting for the last couple for about 20 minutes -- and they never showed up. Also, we were instructed to arrive to the meeting place 15 minutes before the tour, but our guide appeared only a couple of minutes before the hour. On top of this, she was not even informed that the tour included the walk around the Vittorio Emanuelle Gallery and was definitely in a hurry to finish the tour as she was already scheduled for the next one.
The guide managed to share some interesting information, but it was minimum.
Overall, it felt like a rip-off.
