Join a Milan cooking class to explore handmade Italian pasta! You'll learn to make two tasty dishes, like tagliatelle and ravioli, complimented by seasonal sauces such as carbonara, pesto, or pomarola.

In addition, you'll create a delightful Italian dessert, a perfect gelato.

A fun and knowledgeable chef will guide you through the history of gelato, the natural colors for flavoring, and the heating and freezing techniques.
