As you enter Bayside Marketplace, go towards the water. Once at the water, turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Miami Tours is the first boat you come to and is right next to the Great Wheel of Fortune, under the first umbrella.

Terrible
I bought tickets to the boat ride and when I arrived the woman at the little kiosk advised me that the last boat had already left even though it wasn’t supposed to leave for another 30 minutes.
