Starting point

Jardín Plaza Hidalgo, Mexico City

Start your tour in Coyoacan at Plaza Hidalgo. Walk through the area and visit two local markets, where you'll try foods like quesadillas, gorditas, ceviche, and chicken tostadas with mole.

You'll also stop for a taco al pastor, sliced from the spit, and try a torta de milanesa, a popular local sandwich. After that, have some handmade ice cream near the Fuente de los Coyotes.

At the end of the tour, you can choose to visit the Frida Kahlo Museum, also known as La Casa Azul, where you’ll see her artwork, personal items, and parts of the house that reflect her life and ideas.
