The Kennedy Space Centre Explore Tour goes beyond the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour. You'll stop several times along the route to capture once-in-a-lifetime photos of all the coolest space stuff on the way to the Apollo/Saturn V Center.

Get a close-up view of numerous spaceflight icons like the Vehicle Assembly Building and the historic Launch Complex 39. Leave the bus to get even nearer - this is as close as you may ever get to a spaceship!

  • Present your smartphone ticket for Kennedy Space Centre Explore Tour to the tour guide at the meeting point. This tour ends at the Apollo/Saturn V Center.
  • Please arrive at the bus departure area at The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex about 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The buses are located out front of The Space Shop Gift Store. (Nasa Pkwy W, Merritt Island, FL 32953, United States)

We recommend spending an additional hour at the Apollo/Saturn V Center and about 15 minutes for the return journey. Explore on your own before taking the bus back to the main visitor complex.

The Visitor Center itself is nice, but it was impossible to reserve the necessary places for the shows - first the WLAN was not working, and after that no spots were available… very frustrating…...
The Visitor Center itself is nice, but it was impossible to reserve the necessary places for the shows - first the WLAN was not working, and after that no spots were available… very frustrating… that would actually deserve only 2 Stars - but we booked the explorer tour and that was genius! Very recommended!
