On this tour past 80 delectably disgusting foods, you'll learn about different cultures and the way they have adapted to things that disgust others. Keep an eye out for roasted guinea pigs from Peru, maggot-infested cheese from Sardinia, and pungent tofu from China.

In regards to the tasting section, it is completely optional and reading up on disgusting delicacies around the world alone was really interesting!
